I have a delicious recipe tip for you today. Turn your favorite pasta into a crunchy, savory snack with these easy air-fryer pasta chips. First, cook around 15 ounces (425 grams) of bite sized pasta according to the package directions. Drain it in a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Transfer the cooked pasta to a large bowl and add 40 milliliters (2½ tablespoons) of avocado oil, 5 grams (1 tablespoon) of nutritional yeast, 9 grams (1 tablespoon) of garlic powder, and a pinch of salt to taste. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated and then set it into the air-fryer on high for 12–18 minutes. Be sure to mix or shake the basket halfway through. The pasta chips can be enjoyed warm or cool. You can also bake them in the oven instead of using an air-fryer. Just preheat it to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) and spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake it for 20–25 minutes, flipping or stirring halfway through, until it turns crispy and golden.
