In today’s news, US pledges humanitarian aid funding to United Nations agencies. Anomalous dry and wet conditions now twice as common worldwide, South African nonprofit brings hope to children with life-changing surgeries, Australia establishes its first Indigenous-led marine protected area, Indian crew saved from sinking vessel off coast of Oman, more European nations report significant increase in vegan food sales, and clan of saved crow-person provide heartwarming gifts to kind rescuer in Canada.

Managing a whole community of vegan seaside businesses keeps me very busy. So, I’ve whipped up a quick vegan curry recipe to share today.

Let’s open the laughter jar and grab a generous spoonful with the joke of the day entitled, “The Healthiest City.”

Jake had lived all his life in a city of smog-spewing factories. His whole life, he had been frail and sickly. He decided to move to a healthier climate out West. So, he packed up and moved. He took advantage of the beautiful skies and clean air to go for a walk at a local park. There he sat down on a bench to enjoy the day. Soon, a very healthy and good-looking young man sat down beside him.

“Say, is this city really as healthful as it seems?”

“It sure is! Why when I arrived, I couldn’t say one word. I had hardly any hair on my head. I didn’t even have the strength to get out of bed or to walk across a room.” “Goodness! How long have you been here?”

“Since I was born.”

?!

And now we have a heartline in Indonesian, with multiple-language subtitles, from a disciple in Indonesia
